How much does shipping cost for large grills?
We offer flat-rate freight shipping on all full-sized grills and smokers. Smaller accessories and wood pellets qualify for standard ground shipping based on weight and destination.
What is your return policy for outdoor equipment?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that assembled grills or items that have been fired up are not eligible for return due to safety regulations.
Do you offer assembly services?
For customers within the local Atlanta metro area, we offer professional assembly and delivery services for an additional fee. Contact our support team to schedule your white-glove setup.
How do I track my freight delivery?
Once your grill leaves our warehouse via LTL freight, you will receive a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal. The carrier will call you to schedule a specific delivery window.
Are the grills covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all grills sold by Atlanta Grill Co. are authentic products and come with full manufacturer warranties. We are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry.
